Connect with nature and restore your nervous system in this two-part wellness experience, during peak leaf season! Enjoy a brief intro to forest bathing, sun-soaking, and the Ayurvedic benefits of nature connection. Slow down with a guided, meditative forest exploration session designed to ground, relax, and refresh.
